The layout follows common international payslip standards, useful for immigration, overseas roles, mortgages, bank and embassy paperwork, and HR files, as well as everyday payroll communication in Nigeria and abroad. Employers, HR teams, and employees can use it when figures match real payroll. The Staff Pay logo is used by default; upload your employer's logo if you prefer. Add legal employer name, period dates, pay frequency, optional YTD, and an employer attestation (including optional signature image). Preview updates as you edit. How to use this slip: Employee: complete from your payroll advice or bank credit. Employer: verify figures match payroll, then sign and stamp if your policy requires. This does not appear on your payslip, only on this page.
For employer when signing
Upload a scan or photo of a signature; it appears centered in the signature area on the slip and in the live preview.
Many visa and job forms ask for YTD figures. Turn this off for a shorter slip when you do not need them.
Defaults to the Staff Pay logo (same as on our homepage). Upload an image to use your employer's logo instead.
